I was on my way to the park, when suddenly my heavy foot stepped on a water soaked dry-foam. (You know that green foam used to make artificial flower arrangements?) And then while putting pressure on it with my tennis shoe, this surge of water seeped out of the porous green stuff. It felt so cool! For a second, I felt a sense of relief and comfort. Stepping on this squishy and extremely malleable form was like stepping on a ball of mud. But this--this was way better! And then I thought--"
I wish my body could feel this sort of release of pressure right now. I hope I feel this way once the semester's over." I really do hope my stress eventually seeps out in all mighty and splendour after all this chaos ends. And if I have to, I'll head on over to Michael's and buy a cube of dry-foam and soak it in water for several hours to have a sort of stress relief ritual.
